Another year with their lambs has wrapped up for this year. The members picked up their lambs on March 28.
With COVID-19 the show and sale were a little bit different this year. We had a virtual show where the kids did a video and some profile pictures of their animal and sent it into the Taber District 4-H to be judged by a panel of three judges.
The kids then sold their animals privately.
This year’s Club Champion is Jaxon Maksymytz and Reserve Champion is Byron Kress. We would like to thank our buyers for supporting the 4-H kids this year.
4-H member: Jaxon Maksymytz (buyer Jack Rop), Gavin Maksymytz (buyer Ben Penner), Lucas Kerkhoff (buyer TC Kerkfoff Trucking), Alexander Wiebe (buyers Bev & Keith Jones), Alexander Spare (buyers Brian & Deb Brewin/Colleen Brewin), Byron Kress (buyers Ron & Kathie Friesen) and Kayden Kress (buyer Clearview Lodge).
Damian Unrau is also raising pheasants and will be releasing them in August.
