New Democrats have put forward a strong slate of 87 candidates.
“Albertans can trust that members of my team will always be in their corner,” said Notley. “I know that, because my team of candidates is strong, diverse and comes from every walk of life. I am also very pleased to be able to say that 52% of our candidates are women,” said Notley.
Upon deadline today, the NDP officially nominated 87 candidates, 46 of which are women.
“People come from all over to build lives in this province and I am proud to say that our candidates represent the diversity of Alberta,” said Notley.
