EDITOR; Midnight Madness was a huge success. My appreciation goes out to everyone for supporting Taber and shopping local. Without the support of the citizens and local businesses of Taber, we could not have put on Midnight Madness. I appreciate all of the volunteers for helping out — MacDonald’s for providing hot chocolate coffee and muffins, Venture Holdings for the stage, Horizon Implements for the tractor for the hay ride and the drivers, George Bissett for the providing the sound, Wild Bill Lawson for being our MC and Prime Rentals for providing the lights. Last but not least, all the performers must be recognized. What better way than to have Van Dance finish the evening with their electrifying performance. From a business standpoint, we had one of our best Midnight Madness events, and I am very glad for the support we have received throughout the years. CHRIS BERNHARDT Taber |
