Local News Farm safety seminar Jan. 31 Wednesday, 24 January 2007 A joint effort is being conducted by a number of organizations in southern Alberta to put on a day to deal with Farm Safety for local farming communities. The effort is in support of the Work Safe Alberta initiative that is being brought forward by the Alberta Government.   M.D. council makes $50,0000 donation towards library building project Wednesday, 17 January 2007 M.D. of Taber council has made a donation of $50,000 to the Taber Public Library for its building project, with an additional $10,000 to continue an agreement that is in place until 2009.
