Dear Taber town officials and residents.
I suggest instead of silencing people encourage them to speak up in creative and positive ways.
I also suggest addressing the WAR at HOME, the emotional, physical and sexual abuses, the effects of the abuses experienced due to poverty, trauma from wars off blood, natural disasters like famines, floods, tornado, earthquakes be addressed with open opportunities to discuss every issue. Also, open access to education, training, counseling, consultations, medical and mental health early diagnosis and early treatment, assessments, supports, follow up and early intervention and preventions.
Silence is the cause of many ills in society and in families.
Talk to the people, get them to talk and discuss shed light on their WAR at home and find ways to work together to solve the difficulties with as much grace and dignity as you can.
