Atoms split CAHL play

Taber atom Oil Kings had a split weekend of Central Alberta Hockey League play, which included a 15-0 blanking of Siksika on Saturday at home.

Nixen Miller had nine goals and Cruz Duell had a hat trick. Ryler Kiss tallied twice and Ayden Umbach had a single.

Sunday’s tilt saw a 7-3 loss to Medicine Hat. Umbach tallied twice and Cruz Duell had a single.

Oil Kings play a road game against Redcliff on Saturday and return home to the Taber Arena on Sunday to play Oyen at 10:45 a.m.
