To the Taber Times re: Cornfest
Because I don’t know their names, a huge thank you to the two young women who, near the Flyin’ Hawaiian booth, gave two of our grandsons white Bob the Cob T-shirts.
The boys happily put them on right away. After the fireworks, the 6 year old stepped off the curb right in front of a car.
The horrified woman driver tromped on the brake the second she saw him and missed him by the skin of his teeth.
If it hadn’t been for the white T-shirt she may not have seen him so quickly. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
