Town issues notice of extended pool closure

The facility will be closed Sept. 16 – Nov. 17, 2013.
The shutdown will also include regularly scheduled, annual preventative maintenance for the facility and equipment along with replacement of tile in the steam room, as well as the men’s and ladies change room showers.
During the closure, the Aquafun Centre reception area will be open Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. for bookings and payments for the arena, auditorium/meeting rooms, and sportsfields.
The town will endeavour to keep the public notified of scheduling and program updates through the town’s website at http://www.taber.ca, the Aqualine (403-223-5544 ext. 1) and postings on the door of the facility.
Anyone requiring assistance regarding any Town of Taber recreation facility can contact the Aquafun Centre at 223-5544 ext. 3, or email lsm@taber.ca.
The town wishes to thank patrons for their patience during the development process and invites residents to visit the Aquafun Centre upon re-opening.
For those patrons with swim passes with an expiry date, the Town will automatically extend the pass for the period of the closure.
